主要用途和特点

M7340型卧轴圆台平面磨床主要用于磨削环形零件、盘形刀具、摩擦片、锯片、分度盘、铣刀等。可广泛应用于工具厂、轴承厂、汽车拖拉机厂和一般机械制造厂进行精密零件的磨削加工。

总体结构采用立柱式拖板形式，结构紧凑、操作方便、精度稳定性好。由于采用行程液压控制操纵箱，所以工作台拖板往复移动换向精度高，无级调速范围大。工作台旋转采用低转速大扭矩的液压马达，保证工作台旋转的平稳性。工作台可绕水平轴倾斜±10°，满足凹凸零件的磨削。磨头主轴由装入式电机直接拖动，采用配有专用油箱的动压轴承支承结构，温升低，接触刚性好和旋转精度高，可获得良好的加工精度和表面粗糙度。立柱垂直导轨采用镶钢淬硬预加负荷的滚针导轨，移动轻便、进给灵敏。

The TB-7340 type Horizontal spindle surface Grinder with Rotary Table is particularly suitable for grinding of workpiece in ring shape,disk shape,friction wafer,saw plate,scaled disk,milling cutter etc.,This grinder widely used in the tools works,bearing works,automobile or tractor factory and or dinary Machinery plant.It can grind highly specified in precision of workpiece.

The overall structural of pillar support and carriage is adopted on The grinder.this grinder is characterized by compact constrution,convenient for operation,precision stability well.Due to the adoption of stroke hydraulically controlling box.As a result,The table carriage reciprocates movement has high reversing precision,it has a big range of stepless change requlation.The rotation motion of the table is adopled hydraulically motor with law speed and big torque moment.Secure stability of rotary table.The working table can be horizontally inclined(±10°)for the purpose of grinding convex or concave cone.The grinding head spindle is directly driven by coaxial and loading motor.It is adopted dynamic-pressure bearing support strucyure by equipped with special use oil box.Lower the rising of tempreture,The good contact rigidity and high rotary precision,Lead to a higher machining accuracy and surface roughness.The pillar vertical guide way is a preloading roller guide way which is made of quenching hardening inserted steel.It is portable in movement and sensitive in feeding.

In order to the labour intensity can be reduced for the operator,preselection is possible if work necessary.Itspreselection function as follows:The function of the grinding head auto-feeding vertically.The function of automatic feed-stop at zero;The function of fast speed lifting or falling etc.,So that operation of several sets of machine tool by one operator be realized.
