（一）本机特点 SPECIAL FEATURES
    圆弧齿圆柱蜗杆减速器采用轴截面为圆弧形的圆柱蜗杆。蜗轮齿形为与蜗杆相共轭的圆弧，故凸凹啮合性能可靠，效率高，与同容量的阿基米德蜗杆减速器相比较，结构紧凑，体积小，重量轻，其工作环境温度为0度至45度，高速轴可正反两向运转，蜗杆轴转速不超过1500转/分。可以广泛地应用于矿山、冶金及起重机械等部门。
    Cylindrical worm with are shaft section is used in circular tooth and cylindrical worm speed reducer. Tooth shape or worm gear is conjugate arc,thus concavity and convexity result in reliable engagement and high efficiency. Comparing with cylindrical worm reducer of samn capacity,it has the advantage of compact structure,small volume,light weight and operates under an environmental temperature of 0-45C. Hign speed shaft can rotate in both reverse and forward direction, rotational speed of worm shaft is not exceed 1500RPM. It can be used extensively in mining,metallugical and hoisting machinery.

    1、本结构为单级，包括以下四种：
    （1）WHT（通用型），（2）WHX（蜗杆在下型），（3）WHS（蜗杆在上型），（4）WHC（蜗杆在侧型）。

    本系列规定为：部标系列（JB2318-79标准）80；100；125；160；200；250；280；320；360；400；450；500；
    草标系列：120；150；180；210；300；420；
    3、传动比i:
    本系列为：8；10；12.5；16；20；25；31.5；40；50共9种。
