成都焊研科技有限责任公司是一家专业从事焊接设备开发、设计、制造和服务的国家高新技术企业。 公司成立于2002年底，是以原机械工业部成都电焊机研究所专机公司及科研职能部门组建的新兴技术服务型企业。在继承原国家级焊接装备科研开发积累基础之上，吸收国外先进技术及工艺，始终保证为客户提供质优价廉的焊接装备，技术水平处于国内领先水平，部分开发的新项目达到国际领先水平。公司成立不足半年即通过了成都市科技局“高新技术企业”认定，同年7月通过中国质量认证中心（CQC）的“3C”强制性产品认证及ISO9001-2000质量管理体系认证。2008年12月30日通过国家科技部“高新技术企业”认定。 公司现有在职员工535人，凝聚了焊接设备领域长期从事设计开发、技术服务、项目管理等各类专业人才近150人，其中拥有各类高级职称20人、中级职称48人。公司现拥有各型精密大型加工、检测设备近100台/套，生产厂房24000㎡，一套量身订制、适应公司专机研制的ERP生产管理信息系统,具有年产2000台/套以上的专用焊接设备研制能力,成功受理和拥有10多项国家发明和实用新型专利。先后完成了用于“神六”、“神八”卫星进轨仓的专用焊接工装成套设备、高铁、地铁等轨道无缝铺设的钢轨闪光焊接专用成套设备、基于总线控制技术的汽车后桥总成自动焊接生产线等40多项具有国内领先水平的自动专用成套焊接设备。

        Chengdu Hanyan Technology Co., LTD. is a national level professional enterprise engaged in welding equipment development, designing, manufacturing and servicing. The company was founded at the end of 2002. It is reorganized on the basis of Chengdu Research Institute of Electric Welding Machine. In succession to the technological accumulation of welding equipment, it absorbs foreign advanced technology and craft, always guarantees to provide high quality welding equipment. The company’s technologies achieve domestic leading level and some of them in new project achieve international advance level. The company was granted by Chengdu Bureau of Science with “High-Tech enterprise” within half year from the date of foundation. It is certified by China Quality Certification Center with 3C certification and ISO9001-2000 certification in July, 2002.
